LAZY CAKE COOKIES!  Because there’s nothin’ to it and ONLY 4 INGREDIENTS!!!!

These Lazy Cake Cookies are Super Ooey-Gooey and loaded with Tons of Chocolate Chips!!!  YUM! YUM! YUMMY!

Now, DON’T be lazy!!!  Lets get started!!! 🙂

INGREDIENTS:

WHAT YOU NEED:

1 Boxed Cake Mix – Yellow or White (I used Yellow)

1 Stick Butter, melted

2 Eggs, large

1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Add Melted Butter

Add Melted Butter

Pre-heat Oven to 350.

In a Mixing Bowl – beat the (dry) Cake Mix and Melted Butter.

Beat in the Eggs.

By Hand, Stir in the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips.

Add Chocolate Chips

Spread Mixture Evenly  into a Greased 13 x 9″ Dish.

Bake at 350 for 20 – 25 minutes.

Let Pan Cool Completely Before Cutting.

Serve with Milk!! :)

    In process of baking these right now…I didn’t realize that it is very much like the Coconut Bars recipe on the back of the FoodClub Brand of Coconut ..I added coconut to the recipe.

      I’m sure they will turn out great! I added nuts the last time and they were super yummy! 🙂 I’ll have to check out the recipe you are referring to… I love anything coconut!!
