No Bake Oatmeal Bars!

Looking for something to full-fill your sweet tooth but don’t want the extra calories?!?!  Well, look no more!!!  These AMAZING bars are not only super sweet, but HEALTHY!!   I already had ALL the ingredients in my pantry, but if not, you can easily substitute for what you do have!!  And they are super easy to make, so you really have no excuses!!!  Lets get started!! 🙂

1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

2/3 Cup Honey

1/2 Cup Coconut Oil (do NOT substitute)

2 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats

1 Cup, Gluten Free Cereal (I used Peanut Butter & Chocolate Leapin’ Lemours)

1/4 Cup Chocolate, chopped (good quality or organic)

1 Cup Dried Fruit & Nuts, chopped

HOW TO DO IT:

Creamy Peanut Butter, Oil and Honey

In a medium sized saucepan, melt together Creamy Peanut Butter, Coconut Oil and Honey.

Once melted, pour over dry ingredients

Remove from heat and pour onto Oats, Cereal, Dried Fruit/Nuts and Chocolate.

Stir until combined and Chocolate is melted.

Spread evenly in pan

Spread into a 9×13 pan. Refrigerate until hardened, about an hour (if you can wait that LONG!!!).

Store refrigerated in an air tight container for up to a week.
