PERFECT PUMPKIN MUFFINS

These have got to be the EASIEST, and one of the Yummiest Pumpkin Muffin Recipes I have EVER made!!!!

So easy, now you can volunteer to take something to Thanksgiving and your guests will actually Thank You!! 🙂

So lets get to it!!!

Ingredients

Ingredients

You Need:

1 Boxed Yellow Cake Mix (no other ingredients)

1 Can (15 oz) Pure Pumpkin

1 – 2 TBSP Milk, optional

Chocolate Chips, optional

Preheat Oven to 350.

Grease your muffin pans, or line them with Baking Cups and set aside.

Place Yellow Cake Mix and Pure Pumpkin in a Mixing Bowl.

Mix Well until Completely Incorporated.

Batter will be a little THICK, and that’s Okay!!!

If you are NOT adding Chocolate Chips… Then Spoon Equal Amounts of Batter into the Prepared Muffin Cups and Bake for about 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out Clean!

Let Cool Completely, before Devouring!!

*If Adding Chocolate Chips (which I think is a BRILLIANT Idea!!!!)*

 Add 1 -2 TBSP of Milk – this will THIN out the Batter!!

 (I started out with 1 Cup  and then dumped in the entire bag in because I wanted MORE!!  It’s up to you, but a 12oz. bag, turned out Very NICE!!)

Spoon Equal Amounts of Batter into Prepared Muffin Cups and Bake for about 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out Clean!

Let Cool Completely and YUMMMMMMMY!!!

For an added seasonal touch, I used some Festive Pumpkin Baking Cups!

I think they are SUPER Cute and will use these for my next Batch!!
