Toffee & Almond Chocolate Squares


The pictures just don’t do this justice.  This is an amazing and quick dessert that you can share with everyone!!!  Trust me, they will THANK  YOU!!!  My only concern with this recipe is that you will not share with others and end up eating it entirely on your own.  Which is what I almost did!!  So selfish, I know! HAHA!!  Ok, so let’s get started.  You only need a couple ingredients, and luckily for me, I usually have ALL of them in my cupboards all year round!! Oink! Oink! :0)



Graham Crackers (about 20)

1 Bag (8oz) Toffee Bites

1 Cup Almonds, coarsely chopped

1/2 Cup Sugar

1 Cup Butter (2 sticks)

1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preheat Oven to 350.

Spray Baking Sheet with Cooking Spray and Line Parchment Paper a little over the edge. (The cooking spray is just to help STICK the parchment to the baking sheet.)

Place Graham Crackers in a single layer on Baking Sheet.  If necessary, break pieces to make them cover ALL of the parchment paper (I had to do this!!).

Sprinkle on Toffee and Almonds

 Sprinkle Toffee Bites and chopped Almonds evenly over Graham Crackers and set aside.

Boil Butter and Sugar

In a Sauce Pan, bring the Sugar and Butter to a boil.

Reduce heat and cook at a rapid simmer, about 2 minutes.

Immediately pour over Graham Crackers.

Bake 12 minutes in preheated oven.

Sprinkle on Chocolate Chips

 Immediately take out of the oven and sprinkle Semi-Sweet Chocoalte Chips evenly over Graham Crackers.

Cut into squares!

With a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut into squares.  Let cool.

Cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature up to a week.
